A project, an estimate, warehouse receive and issue to the job, supplier bills, customer invoices. Attendance punch can check you are near the site pin. That is the construction workspace.
Walkthrough
A lead becomes a job. The project manager builds an estimate (materials, labour, equipment, and the rest). One approved estimate is the internal budget. Later revisions are change orders — they do not silently rewrite history.
The bid/contract is what you agreed with the client. The estimate is what you think it will cost. The invoice is what you bill. Jobora keeps those as related but separate numbers so a cheap bid is not hidden inside a fat estimate.
Receive inventory (including GST categories on items). Issue to a project so warehouse quantity drops and the job picks up cost. This tracks cost allocation; it is not a full scan-in/scan-out of every bar on the site pile.
Supplier bills and customer invoices live in Finance. GST-aware lines follow the tax categories you configured. Printing a tax invoice is not filing GSTR or generating an e-way bill.
Clock-in and clock-out on a construction job can require a location snapshot and, if the project has a site GPS pin, that you are inside the allowed radius. Managers can see that punch location to confirm you were at site. It is not live tracking of staff all day. See the privacy policy.
